7-day refund window
We want you to love ScreenKit Pro. If you subscribed and weren't able to make the product work for you, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a new Pro subscription. We review every request in good faith.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at support@screenkit.tools with the email address on your account and your order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt. We will confirm and process the refund within 3 business days.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned via your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
What's covered
- The first payment on a new monthly or yearly Pro subscription.
- Requests made within 7 calendar days of the payment date.
- Accounts that have not meaningfully used the Pro features — meaning no Pro-tier exports, no use of Pro templates in a saved project, and no significant editor activity since the upgrade.
What's not covered
- Accounts that have already used Pro features — for example, exporting screenshots, using premium templates, or completing significant editing work after the upgrade. Because our core value is delivered the moment you export, we cannot refund subscriptions that have been used to ship.
- Renewal payments. If you forget to cancel before auto-renewal, please cancel first and then email us — we will generally offer a full refund on a first, good-faith request.
- Requests made more than 7 days after the payment date.
- Accounts that have been suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
Canceling your subscription
Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you want both — a refund and cancellation — just email us and we will take care of it together.
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal linked in your account.
